More of them don’t (drive big diesel pickup trucks), and I’m sure it’s probably not real close. And yes I do know the reality of ranch trucks in Texas.

To the board Dems that are pointing out that right leaners don't like polls is for a couple reasons.

1) A lot of polls are used for voter suppression efforts. Example, Des Moines in 2024 that the left latched onto

2) we general accept that republicans are heavily under polled. Especially since 2016 and in an age that polling is difficult. Look at what the polls had in 2020 for collins in maine. The end result was somewhere around a 15 point swing from the polls.

3) if Republican voters see polls that are within 5 or so points in Democrat favor polls. Which is most, then we know we have a shot. Anything showing abdul up 2-4 in Michigan is fantastic news for Michigan republicans.

GA senate race will go to a runoff. I am not saying who will win that but we will not know on election night in Nov who holds that senate seat

I think this day in age many a rightist who receives an invitation to participate in a given poll elects not to do so, they pass on it. Primary reason would be/is essentially that they are timid about openly signaling their intentions to vote Republican or be a Republican supporter or Republican period, as potentially evidenced by their polling responses. I’ve passed on them for a variation of that reasoning myself.

"The polls are fake except when they say what I want them to say" is a remarkably dumb way to go through life

But you woke-joke dummies were fine with polls up until now, right?

Never understood this argument. Clearly that “voter suppression effort” didn’t work

Trump voters are under polled. We have 3 elections of proof in this.

When he’s not on the ballot, there are plenty of examples of polling errors in every direction, including Beto being under polled by like 5-6 points in Texas in 2018. (And yes, the one you mentioned in Maine.)

Again, in a Trump presidential election, sure.

This logic doesn’t always track otherwise.

There is no way the Democrats win New Hampshire, Texas, or Michigan. In fact I'm not sure that the Democrats are going to win in North Carolina or Georgia's senate races either.

New Hampshire has supported the Democrat candidate in every presidential and senate election since 2012. The same will happen this year, even if it's competitive. 2024 was the year for them to support a Republican (Trump) at the federal level and they still didn't do it.

In Michigan, the Democrat machine is very strong and hard to beat without a strong Republican presidential candidate on the ballot. People thought Dixon would win the gubernatorial race in 2022 but she got smoked. I'd say it's a toss-up because Rogers is a RINO Republican and El-Sayed is a whackjob.

Texas will elect Paxton but they're lucky he wasn't faced with a decent Dem candidate because they would've easily flipped that seat. Paxton is not well liked but he'll win this one by 4-5pts.

North Carolina and Georgia are easy Dem victories this cycle. Republicans will focus more on keeping Iowa, Alaska, Ohio, Kansas and flipping Minnesota.

It shouldn't be.
But Thune is scared to death Rick Scott will get enough """Far Right""" supporters to kick Thune's worthless arse out of leadership, so he's doing everything he can in TX, GA, NC, AK etc to undercut the pro-GOP results. He may just succeed.

Confirmation bias. MAGA only believes polls when Republicans are leading and when any Republican loses a general election it’s because of fraud and cheating. These are the people that think Spencer Pratt was ‘cheated’ in commie liberal Los Angeles of all places

Compared to other states, yes. Compared to other Texans, not even close. F150 and standard half ton is reality.

Trump has you believing anytime he or another Conservative, Right leaning, or Republican loses its due to 'fraud' 'rigged' 'cheating' etc. That's not a "left wing talking point" that's just reality. Example A was Spencer Pratt losing in city of Los Angeles of all places - posters on here said he was 'cheated' and it was 'rigged'

That is pure delusion.

Not a 'Dem' and I didn't post any excuses its you and your merry MAGA brigade that have excuses for everything going on today like:

High Gasoline prices
All time high Diesel prices
High grocery prices
8.5%+ Mortgage rates
Inflation
Wasteful spending
War in Iran

Imagine being a 'male' and worshipping:
-An obese cognitively declining 80 year old
-A homosexual influencer who likes to get pegged in the arse with a strap on by Instagram whores

Welp.
