400 voters in all 50 states would be 20,000 illegal votes, which is nearly double the margin of Biden’s “win” in Georgia in 2020.

Is it possible that non-citizens didn't check the non-citizen box when they should have and were registered to vote?

Even in an article acknowledging that noncitizens are voting in U.S. elections, the author still insists Trump’s concerns are “frequently without factual basis.”
Because noncitizens are allowed to vote in nonfederal elections if their state and local government has deemed it OK because the Constitution gives that powers to states

Conservatives love the Constitution,, right?

Do any of you understand that this is not an electoral results debate
this is an issue for the Constitution.
Non citizens cannot vote in federal elections; have they mistakenly voted .Yes in very small numbers

numbers that don't even come close to changing an election result

legally?
yes Because if they are taxpayers,, locally They can vote in local elections

I mean it seems to me that maybe about oh I don't know a little bit over 250 years ago Taxations without representation was something that mattered

But in federal Congress senator president those are the elections that qualify as federal elections There is no proof ever that this has happened in numbers that matter

And you can argue with like but as far as I know none of you were targeted by the Obama administration weaponizing the IRS to go after you because of the election integrity work you have done

Just dare motherfricker to talk about themselves more

How many times on political issues do I have to be right ?

Well if it's willful it needs to be prosecuted No one, especially me has ever said if someone is purposefully allowing non-citizens to vote in elections it's OK

We have a system designed to make it easy and risk-free for non-citizens to register/vote, to the point it can be reasonably argued the system is inviting frickery.

Unless you're for proof of citizenship and voter ID, along with measures addressing weakpoints in ballot counting - you are purposefully "allowing" non-citizens to vote in elections.

I don’t care if they only vote in local elections, elections should be for citizens and that’s it

More than 6,000 non-citizens were accidentally added to New Jersey’s voter rolls due to a software error at the state Motor Vehicles Commission, Gov. Mikie Sherrill announced Tuesday, with “fewer than 400” of them casting ballots in various elections since 2023.

Not bad!

And every single one of these gotchas we found non-citizens voting in elections across the country in Federal elections

I don't even think it got to 100

Just off the top of my head there were two Chinese citizens that voted in the federal elections

I’ve actually helped conduct an election in Afghanistan—the country’s first free election. They didn’t allow non-citizens to vote. Voting had to be done in person, and because of the threat of vehicle-borne improvised explosive devices (VBIEDs), people couldn’t even drive to the polling stations.

Afghans risked their lives and walked through snow just to cast a ballot. That’s what protecting the integrity of an election looked like. But we can’t expect the same of American citizens

In many dem dominated states, people of voting age are automatically registered to vote. There is no verification of citizenship. Also, when I vote here, no ID is required. If you are registered and you are in the book, you can vote.

My wife and many of her friends were registered to vote before they got their citizenship. They didn't vote at least in part because I said it would be a criminal act. Not that NY gives a crap about that.

Exactly what she is insinuating when she says there is no evidence of it affecting the election.

Followed by, “OK yes it did affect the election, but it was for a lower office plus the person we liked won.”

We’re approaching the “yea it happens but it’s only 400 votes” phase.
Oh, we have passed it. On the night of the speak last week, CBS anchor said there was "not enough fraud to change the outcome" or something like that. So yes, the line has moved from none to not enough to matter.

I live in NJ...went to get a smart ID a year ago. They automatically register you to vote when you get the ID. They are not allowed to ask your legal status. They offer licenses to illegals in NJ.

It is not a hard concept. 6000 is nit the number. It is much higher.

I bet they dont actually vote but someone that knows this is filling out a mail in ballet for them. The system is a joke. And you are here denying that it means anything.
