You’re kidding, right? Israel has a great tech sector that is very successful in fintech and enterprise software. They co-developed a lot of their missile defense technology with the United States, and they developed much of it on their own (with US funding I believe). Their tech exports are $78 billion per year. This is from a country with only 10 million people.
