The problem with demograpic data is that it varies from country to country. For example, in the French case they count the children of 1st generation immigrants the same as fresh off the boat immigrants, when critics argue there is a difference. My point here is that without government information, we are basing it off projections of wider patterns. My feeling about Norway is that the number non-Norwegians in Norway a decade ago is more or less equal to the number of those non-Norweigians that are bow citizens, but without objective unbiased data about ethnicity and national origin we won't know for sure.
