All we have is the story to go on, there is no evidence of him saying or intending to mean the things you are projecting onto him.
He wants an immigration deal, Norwegians are cool, Haitians and Africans aren't, those upset him, he doesn't think they should be included in any protections or deal. He says nothing about education, only that his perception of an entire continent and Haiti is of a shithole and seemingly that implies every person from there is innately and irreparably tainted in Trump's eyes......But not Norwegians, something about them is pure enough in Trump's eyes to get a blanket pardon.

Why would Norweigians want to come here? Norway is awesome. I know some Norwegians who work for Amazon and they are planning on moving back as soon as their girls are of school age.

Norway is ~95% Norwegian.
I’m all for diversity until political correctness stiffles all productive conversation. If Norway, or any majority of any ethnic background, gets close to ~50 it becomes a shite show

If you listen to conservatives it's because it is being over-run by Muslims and everyone is dying from government funded college education and universal healthcare.

Norway has around 13 percent of its population made up of immigrants, of which half of that is non-European. The people I know are actually mixed, with the woman having Norweigian and Pakistani parentage, and the man having Polish/Norweigian.
