Time to see which prominent Democrat’s public schedule gets cleared for next week

I'm not sure how this legally gets done in several states.

Why is he so embarrassed of his “cold”?

What Cold? He didn't have a cold when the handlers thought he would only lose.

When he got his arse stomped to a mud puddle, then Trump walked it dry, the cold appeared.

Would she? She literally seems like she can’t wait to run and hide at a times to me

It’s not actually an issue anywhere pre-convention.

The Heritage Oversight Project has identified three swing states – Georgia, Nevada and Wisconsin – where they believe removing Biden from the Democratic ticket would prevent anyone else from replacing him. Wisconsin does not allow withdrawal from the ballot for any reason besides death, while in Nevada, no changes can be made to the ballotafter 5 p.m. on the fourth Friday in June of an election year unless ‘a nominee dies or is adjudicated insane or mentally incompetent.’ In Georgia, if Biden were to withdraw less than 60 days before the election, his name would remain on the ballot but no votes would be counted.

He had no cold the next day during the N.Carolina rally. That was a different person. Though it's been noted that Jill spoke almost as long as he did, & she led the rally off.

More like Biden was told he's not going to run.

To be fair, Biden couldn't have won the debate if he was 40. He is such a terrible failure that there is no spinning his record.

Biden isn’t on any ballot yet.

I agree. It’s like when a head coach is flirting with another job. The agents trickle out information a little at a time. Either the coach gets the new job or a substantial raise with extra backing from their program.

This means that Obama and the election law lawyers have come up with something. If I'm Trump I'd be beating every bush trying to get ahead of things. My guess a big pivot is coming.

Maybe not Presidential ballot, but in this instance it’s the primary ballots that he’s already been on and proceedings previously held, and resulting delegates having been accorded to Biden already. That’s where the complications come in most significantly to “undo” those previous proceedings.

Dumbasses on here insist he can’t step aside. That’s bullshite. Democrats break rules routinely like nothing. Remember those voting laws that were in place prior to Covid, lol

There are deadlines. Some have passed. Many are in a few days.

Yeah no, rules for Democrats are made to be broken. Your feelings will get hurt. Joe will be allowed to step aside if he wants to.

I guarantee whoever replaces Biden will be on the ballot in all 50 states. States will call emergency sessions to pass a law to allow it if necessary.
