If the Federal Government really believed that pushing the vaccine was a positive for the country, it should prioritize vaccine availability for players in the NBA / NFL, etc.
This would accomplish many things.
#1, it would show a lot of people that the vaccine was safe and effective
#2, it would remove a lot of the COVID protocol requirements that restrict the freedom of players
#3, it would eliminate any COVID related postponements and cancellations
#4, it would throw a bone to your average American who wants life to return to normal.
