Find a way to make states collect taxes and send it to DC for the needs. FED should be on the states teats instead of the reverse. I think this would cover a lot of things if done, as I'm baffled we just spent 1.5+trillion thru Sept 2023, that is just so dysfunctional and full of pork that provides money to to much that the feds shouldn't be.
I think to go with the above, bring Senators back to being sent by the state legislatures to make sure they are helped somewhat accountable. This could help with the term limits issue on the senator side.
On a personal level...I would like to see our GOVT be reminded this nation was built on Judeo-Christian values, and find a way to combat the Devil lining the halls of DC. Anyone that doesn't at minimum respect that is anti-American, and falls under the obama wanting to "Fundamentally Transform America" group, which hates this nations core foundation.

most say term limits but not how.
supreme court requires retirement at 60.
Fwiw as for those suggesting fed workers retire at 65, there are fed police forces. they retire 55.
concur on the end of bribery of congress in guise of campaign finance.
eliminate PACs.
only individual donations.
no corporate.
companies are not people.
end citizen united which is so much b.s.

treason does already allow for death penalty. it can be as low as 5 years and $10k fine.
so your change to govt is that only death penalty for treason rather than judicial decision based on case.

The size of the government and the manner/amount of taxes that are collected.
But our Gubment is way too F’d up to only change two things. Most of the stuff listed above are things I agree need to changed as well.

1. When a congressmen votes on a spending Bill that passes only people in his district have to pay taxes to pay for it . This would cut government spending and turn the country conservative. If you want it then you should pay for it . This would also get more people to vote. The current non voters would be lining up to vote for politicians that our conservative with their spending .
2. Any election for us Congress , senate or president would be in person with photo ID. Each party can only have 1% of their registered voters vote by mail , military members get first shot at mail in ballots.
