And certainly not all illegal aliens are a strain on the system. Most are probably not much worse than American citizens if they're any worse at all.
They're here to make a better life for themselves. You don't do that by getting on welfare.

The 11 million number has been in use as early as 1996.
That was 22 years ago. Sorry but actual estimates by research groups put the current number at 25 to 30 million illegal immigrants from Mexico and Central America alone.
