I think the below summarizes stuff some people have asked.
1. Why is 310K ok? Explain beyond quoting population.
2. What's driving the trend?
3. If you can't answer 2, how do you know the "trend" isn't merely a corollary to something else?
4. Absent knowing 2 or 3, do you think trends must continue? I'm sure there are others you've ducked. But, we can start there.

300 k (that we know of) is unacceptable. We don't even know who they are.
Contraband bring brought in by them is unacceptable. Did you even know that since 1997 there have been incursions by Mexican Army Units crossing our border and being observed as far as 5 miles on our side? Why is that ?
