I think this is a truly retarded take. Stephen Miller is the Charlie Kirk inside the administration with less reach. They were not just on the same team (Republicans), but held the same America first ideology. Miller knows that Kirk was moving the ball in the right direction for the nation.

Someone associated with the University was involved or was the shooter. This took planning and access. Someone in facilities or someone with access to an office/room in that building.
They had to know where Kirk would be set up to speak from.
They had to have the ability to get the rifle through campus, up to the roof, off the roof and potentially off campus without being noticed or drawing suspicion.
My guess is the shooter with gun was on campus early that morning before people were active.
How did the shooter get away with the gun? That is what solves the investigation.

Have you seen the arial shot of the campus? There would have been exactly zero ambiguity about where he would speak from.

As someone else posted, this was not a Secret Service monitored event. No one was checking the grounds two days beforehand. Kirk's security was basically a few bodyguards.
I could put a rifle in a guitar case and walk around a college campus (especially if I were young enough to still be a student there) for a month without anyone raising an eyebrow.
