You still don’t get it. Trump isn’t putting people in those positions who know how to do what the rank and file do.
He’s putting in place people who are transformative. He’s relying on the rank and file to “keep the wheels on”, so to speak.
This is the only way to transform something. Trump knows it. Most people don’t.
