The simple fact that he was able to come up with an "almost" coherent answer to her repeated question tells you he knew about it ahead of time.

I don't know what he said but I could barely decipher what the reporter was yelling, him strolling up mumbling something then without any thought spitting out an obviously memorized answer made it obvious the whole thing was set up and planned. It's embarrassing how stupid they think we all are

Thats exactly what he said.
I used to think this was a political advantage for us, now I realize, that Joe losing it, allows for them to get him to sign whatever they want him to. And if it ever blows up on them, they will just fire or kill him and blame him. These Communists have thought of everything to take us down. And now that they have Zuckerberg, Dorsey, Bezos and the sickest of them all Bill Gates's money to go along with George Soros' brilliance they have the power, the plan and now the money to take down the USA's middle class. Everyday Dr's and lawyers will fall just like the rest of us. Best wake up.
And to my fellow American Democrats that think youre on the winning team and they love you because you were born with liberal principles... Youre next.
Look at Cuba and Venezuela, they are all in the bread lines, no matter their beliefs. Listen and pay attention to history. These THUGS have their sights on complete control.
If youre a Socialist and never want to own anything and rely on the govt, then you are on the correct team and you should vote accordingly.
