First of all, why are they asking him questions next to a jet engine? He isn’t at an airport. What the hell is going on in the background?
Secondly, he absolutely did say “ my butts been wiped.” Aside from the bizarre statement, his voice didn’t even sound like Joe’s voice.

But it didn't look like he was heading towards anything. And Trump did it specifically to take the attention away from the reporters. Joe's feeling his oats with his old, long time DC buddies. That's why I think he's perfectly at ease with the 'wiping my butt ' comment. He's totally in his personal element.
And to be sure, he's not going back home to Delaware, he's going to THE home. He's getting old people's treatments , rest and diagnostics performed.

I do believe that he absolute did say "My butts been wiped"
