honest Bob (if this is accurate) or the Media are flinging old crap to a wall hoping it sticks. this is desperate. this was already covered. I highly doubt that a former Navy SEAL would do anything against his country, much less in this manner. If he were spying against his country; they would have known about it by now.

If this is true I don’t understand why? He could have met with any country legally and it would not be a issue. Similar to how he met with the president of Mexico.

That is standard boilerplate stuff from a US Attorney in criminal proceedings. You say you are not guilty, the FBI and prosecutor say that if you find sufficient evidence to charge a person, then obviously you must conclude they were lying because they are saying they are not guilt.
It's the whole, if I can't get you for murder, I'll get you for jaywalking at the time of the murder.

I've yet to see any indictments on these folks...besides, Congress lies to the people all of the time, why not return the favor.....also there is no evidence these people lied.
