We're less than a year in. The only thing I find that is not down at the grocery store is Beef. Everything else is back to roughly normal, maybe Milk may be a little higher than before but that has never gone down in 30 years.

Gas is down.
Local utilities still suck but they suck regardless of what is happening - pay for garbage service that local politicians manage.
