Lemon is getting what he wanted.
Its doubtful he will do any jail time, and he's getting a ton of publicity.
Something that he wasn't getting before.

That guy with the big hair next to MTG, didn't they find a young woman dead in his office a while back? How did he get off?

I noticed Banjo Picker Cuckborough was on the Maher show too, I wonder if he was standing up for the church or Lemon?

Finally being around for a Diddy party?
In all seriousness, this should be a wakeup call to the 4th Estate. Enumerated rights in the Bill of Rights aren't just freedoms, they are also responsibilities. Abusing or ignoring that responsibility aspect to such an extent that it ends up trespassing into the rights of others becomes the limit of your ability to exercise your right.
What Don Lemon essentially did was to state his protected freedom as being a member of the press had such primacy over the freedoms of others to practice their religion peacefully in their house of worship that he could deny them their religious service for the sole reason of accusing the leader of that service of being on the opposing side of an issue from him.
That's not how it works and he deserves to be jailed over it. He also deserves to get the shite sued out of him by the church, the priest and the parishioners who were there that day.

He might want some prison time. Those inmates haven't had any pussy in years.

Problem Lemon now has is every church member will have lawyers beating down their doors to sue him for obstructing their Constitutional rights. If he survives the Feds, he’s got tons of civil litigation

This wasn't exactly the epic own it was claimed to be.
Bill is out of touch. He's also an atheist. So he's far less bothered by any laws broken regarding the interruption of worship. Especially a Church service.
I bet his tone would change wildly if this were a MAGA crowd interrupting a black church. Bill would have ALL of them in J6 solitary confinement yesterday.

Yeah I think you’d have a stronger chance of convicting him in DC or Boston than Minneapolis and I think the chances in those other places are near zilch. Still, I think the arrest was the right thing to do.

It is worth the watch to see MTG educate & explain to Maher & Morning Joe what the FACE Act is in detail. Neither one of them had any idea what it was.

Yeah, now I'm curious what Gumby had to say about Don Lemon or as Tucker calls him Don LEMOAN.

I'm obviously with her on this, but MTG seems to have more personalities than Sybil.

If for no other reason because of our 2 tiered justice system
If you're rich and famous you're not going to do time unless you do some pretty horrible shite

This is correct. His YouTube channel was only getting 5K views per episode as he was fading into obscurity.

The people must push back against the lying media (MSM) encroachment of their affairs. As the MSM (Lying Media) pushes boundaries so must the people.
This media protection the Lying Media (MSM) holds so dear is not absolute and those "members" who break the laws must be held accountable with the most severe punishment. Without, public trust continues to erode!!

They got a grand jury indictment, they could get a conviction. I just continue to be amazed at the number of people who really don’t see anything wrong with what they did. Most of Maher’s audience seemed to be in that group.

NONE of this matters. These people must be arrested.

Would Lemon and the other trouble makers ever do that at a black church?
Of course not.
Imagine if a white "YouTube journalists" did that at a black church.
I would bet there would be a different outcome than what we have with Lemon.
