In Texas it is expressly allowed in emergency care situations (the most expensive kind of healthcare) and in maternal care, covering not only the baby but the mother for a full 12 months after each birth. I believe Missouri's is the same. I give these two examples because these are states in which I have conducted financial audits of health care systems as a health care specialist.

The real issue is that cutting back on the existing ACA subsidies will cause millions of citizens to lose coverage for healthcare. Illegal aliens do not receive those benefits under the ACA. It’s all a bullshite talking point for the Republicans…
We all know the feds pay the states who pay the hospitals who pay for illegals, so why play dumb?
The ACA point is a direct shot to Obamacare. Liberals lied about that, and are mad their legislation is now finally being unleashed.

How so? In each instance Medicaid coverage is extended. Paid for 60% by Federal Gvt. 40% by State. A statement was made saying federal law prohibited illegal aliens from benefiting from government funded health care. That is a false statement.
