If you asked any cartoonist to draw a caricature of a slimeball politician they all would draw Newsome. It’s like they made him in a comic book villain lab.

Probably 2028 when Trump is done and the MAGA movement fractures among different candidates.

I don’t think there is anyone who can carry the water of the current admin.

What I'm saying. The only Dem that would raise his/her hand to take Biden's place is a sacrificial lamb.

Yep.

There are no obvious frontrunners that don’t have problems.

It would be better to treat the rest of this admin as a “lame duck”-esque, frick things up more, and then blame it all on the Trump admin over the next 4 years.

The way the media fawns over him is disgusting.

They never bring up the recalls, or the damage he has done to California.

When that video first starts, I thought she was going to offer him a blowjob.

There's a bit of a gamble but maybe not a huge one. If he loses he can appeal to the conditions he walked into and I don't think it necessarily sinks him in 2028. It might even set him up nicely.

You don't put him front stage unless you plan to use him.

They'll sacrifice brandon and attack down the ticket, try and flip some seats.

Gavin is not as popular as some would think.

Another thing to factor in is how Kamala Harris takes not being the replacement if one happens. Would she be okay continuing as VP under Greaseball? If he knows she is going to balk, he may avoid being the cause of the potential infighting and race implications. If he knows she'd be on board easily, then I think he jumps in and its a no lose situation for him. If he loses, he can say it was too big a hurdle coming in so late. Plus, he knows this year he can probably get the Never Trumpers on board with him and energize the Dems.

Can't think of a single person I'd rather not be the President than Gavin Newsom.

Gavin is slicker than goose shite on a slab of fried bacon.

He lies and people believe it because he’s so damn good at lying. He will gaslight you into oblivion.

No one does it better and if he isn’t in it this go round, he’s the guy in 2028 so Trump’s VP better be solid.

frick yeah he does.

That motherfricker would have an army of mainstream and electronic media stormtroopers firmly at his back. If Gavin Newsom gets the nod, it's frickin' over for Trump. The Democrat Party would be reinvigorated to the point of political viagra.

This Biden collapse isn't the windfall we all want it to be, at least not yet.

Absolutely he does. Dude is slime and would have better than a punchers chance of getting the presidency without ever campaigning until the final bit.

He would have the entire weight of the media, Hollywood, tech, etc behind him. You bet your arse he’d take it.

This is the truth of it, but I think Newsom wins if he runs and it's for the reasons you pointed out.

It would absolutely reinvigorate them.

What would Newsom's odds be of winning this November after Biden has fricked up so much of the country, and by the way he, a white dude, would have to pass over the DEI hire for the nomination?

What would his odds be in '28 after "literal Hitler" held office for four years?

I think losing this year would hurt his '28 chances.

This country has broken up into political tribes. When it comes to winning and when you have the Obama's and the entirety of the MSM and near entirety of social media firmly pulling for you, none of that shite matters. None of it.
