Moving Goal Posts on Ability to Be Fair and Impartial

Conservatives have been told the 17 Angry Democrats on the Mueller probe cannot be looked at with suspicion just because they're Democrats. They are professionals who are capable of acting impartially when conducting investigations. Even if some of the investigators have sent thousands of texts stating their hatred for the subject of the investigation, we are not to suggest it skewed their judgment.
BUT, in the Left's eyes, if a nominee for SC Justice is a Republican...it's an automatic disqualifier. Interesting...so he cannot be impartial? Please tell me how that isn't hypocritical.

Nope We would like to see more than a single digit % of his documents. Why don't you tell us what he and Trump is trying to hide?

With Kavanaugh, they have no dirt other than the Executive Branch withholding documents.
With another nominee, there would just be some other faux outrage.

Why don;t you tell us why you need to see them? What are they going to tell you that his 300 decisions didn't?

It's amazing how you only care about transparency on one side. And if they never planned on voting for this Trump nominee why do they even care??
Finally, as has been discussed before, more documentation has been provided on him than the five previous nominees combined.
So once again you're being intellectually dishonest. Color me shocked Shep!

Haven’t the documents already been confirmed to have been read? Also, they don’t vote on him for like 2-3 more weeks. That literally should be enough time for every person to read them.

Jesus tapdancing Christ you are HIGHLY misinformed on this matter.
Go educate yourself somewhere other than a CNN headline and the 2 little bullet points at the beginning of the article right after it.
Here, I’ll organize the facts in bullet points to make it easier for you:
<> HE HAS GIVEN 5x MORE DOCUMENTS THAN THE LAST 5 JUSTICES COMBINED
<> THE ONLY DOCUMENTS THAT ARE BEING HELD ARE PRESEDENTIAL DOCUMENTS THAT HE ONLY SERVED TO PASS ALONG TO THE PRESIDENT AND HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH CREATING

The whole muh documents is just laughable. Dems picked up on something they knew was covered under executive privilege and are making it out to be he is hiding all of his secrets decisions to kill gay folks and people of color. It is almost laughable at the steps the Dems take to try to silence anyone who doesn’t think exactly how they do. It is extremely clear who the real fascists are in this country.

How many of Mueller's team's "documents" have you seen? What are they hiding?

His decisions aren’t the same as his personal wrings, like academic opinions, amicus briefs or whatever.

If only there was a repository of writings that would reflect his judicial philosophy and temperament as a judge...

Not gonna happen.
Republicans are too smart to fall for such an obvious stall tactic.
The vote is coming.

So why should the judge's personal writings matter? Shouldn't those be separate?
