quote:Umm, it has already escalated.
How do we move past all the divisiveness and learn to get along before things escalate ?
One side is pushing harder and harder while the other side grits their teeth and prays that the aforementioned side will chill.
It's not gonna happen. No push back only emboldens the one side to keep going farther into the other. When the passive side pushes back, all hell will break loose and 25% of the nation will quickly become unrecognizable.
Unless the Stalinists stop their relentless attacks on capitalism and white America, there is no way forward other than retaliation. We are headed for dark times. The leadership of the DNC and BLM and MSM Propaganda Machine will not relent. They want widespread violence and they're going to get it sooner or later. It's inevitable and unavoidable. And, of course, once they push too far and force violence and a slaughter- it will be the Bad Orange Man's fault, 100%.

Because they have no interest in getting along.
I think there are plenty of leftist who are hard to talk with on political issues...
but do want to get along even it means....less debate, less words and just be "friends"...
the nut jobs on TV are not the entire Democratic party.
many of the Democratic leaders, yes, they need to go, and I think the same is true for GOP...
I find myself guilty of flinging mud in response to the lawlessness in our streets, the call for defunding police and the BLM movement, ...but that's now how I should be...
I know it only leads to more divisiveness.
so my question is, how do we deal the situation?
on one hand, the silent majority is getting run over by cancel culture because we're afraid to stand up to the mob
on the other hand, we can not become another mob in order settle the score

We bring back a McCarthy to root them out and execute them for being the treasonist pieces of shite that they are. Communism is as compatible with Western society as Islam is.

How do we respond to people who really don't like America as she is today?
......slow, deliberate, and peaceful Balkinization.
No reason to clash. Let's just admit we've ridden this bucking horse as long as we could. The differences that separate us (progessive versus conservative) are far too wide. I once believed there was always a chance for compromise and accomodation. Not any more.
It's as simple as life and death.

Wont happen. The left wants full control and subjugation in all areas of life and they want to destroy anyone who wont obey their creed.

Until we rid ourselves of the progressives there can be no moving forward. Those miserable fricks need to go. By any means necessary

This will not end until the appropriate measure of force is applied.

we don't because none of this is real, it's staged in liberal democrat controlled cities whose elected officials let it happen. hoping that people like you will vote democrat so the violence will stop so that "we all can just get along!" it might work on some people who are weak minded like you.
where i live is very peaceful, of course my town is 89% white.

It’s the whites doing the destruction currently.

We have to
- mock and destroy the Critical Race theory being pushed
- show Hispanics, Blacks, Asians, Native Americans a true home on the right where we stand for family, hard work, capitalism, God, and e pluribus unum
- get a couple wins on Health Care (for the bankruptcy cases primarily), college costs (with some moderating of the indoctrination), and infastructure (jobs jobs and future)
- secure the border

Weak minded?
I'll let that slide...
I'm suggesting we use our minds rather than letting our emotions control a response we might regret later.
And yes its young whites creating the havoc...
I blame university administrators for this cult like irrational behavior.
What blows my mind is elected Mayors giving way to their agenda against ppolice...which has now emboldened these people.
The conflict is being brought to us...

This is not possible, when it is not the ultimate goal of both sides. The ultimate goal of socialist democrats has been the constant and systematic destruction of this country, it’s founding principles and documents, and anyone who supports and believes in those things.
quote:
It's important to remember there is NOT anything new we haven't seen in American history before...in fact we have seen far far worse conflict and divisiveness.
You are either sadly mistaken, or are not being truthful. In times past, the opposing parties/factions involved were both Americans, who believed in this country, it’s founders, founding principles, history, and her people. This has changed in the last 20-30 years. Those trying to destroy this country and the socialist democrats who support and enable them, are only Americans in the sense that they may have been born in this country. Every other way they can possibly be construed as Americans, they themselves want destroyed, outlawed, and abolished, including the people who hold those beliefs.
This is absolutely new. Success to the protestors and demonstrators in times past has often meant this country living up to its stated principles and beliefs. Success to those who have been rioting and generally raising hell for the last 4-5 years means the complete destruction of the founding principles and beliefs of this country, and a transformation to a marxist/socialist country.

Consider what Pelosi said the day after the election : "It's time to resist, to fight the results of this travesty of justice". And ever since then, in various forms and in different cities, the rioters have been in the streets of our country. The far right & neo nazis have popped up every now in then, but nothing like what Pelosi's resisters have been doing, nothing close. Too, 3 of the top level antifas are former Weathermen from the Vietnam War riots days. These are hard core Marxists who blew up police cars, Post Offices, etc. These folks won't ever "settle" anything. Who will be the left's next presidential candidate: someone to the far left of Biden. I do not see this ever getting back to norm.

Well this is a direct parallel to Maoism and the rise of Mao in China so go read up on that and you’ll find out where this ends up.

We’ll even the score by suppressing the vote and claiming mail in votes are fraud ridden. Keep in mind, we now control the Post Office.
It is the duty of our government to suppress fraudulent votes, be they votes from people who are not US citizens, votes from US citizens who are no longer living, multiple votes from a single citizen, or any other form of fraudulent vote. And mail in votes are absolutely fraught with the potential for fraud. So what the frick are you talking about?

I watched a YouTube video of a guy named Greg Gammon and he said that he believes that the government will be controlled by the rule of the mob. They will use social media to influence the government on federal decisions. And will do the same to goods or getting an employee fired. So if that is the case then we are no longer a republic but a democracy ruled by the mob.
He said that were are what the communists refer as late stage capitalism. So they will step in and take control once they see it as crumbling.

I wouldn’t disagree, but we have one thing going for us that similar countries in similar situations don’t have, and that is a Constitution which restrains the government from violating a set of inalienable rights. Sure, almost since its inception, government in all its forms has set about violating those rights, but the violation of some of them is going to trigger a massive, violent reaction. They are walking a tightrope, emboldened by sheer numbers of violent marxist groups who would gladly see not only the violation of all of those rights, but the complete destruction of them, along with the Constitution itself.
I’ll not give up on this country until I see the citizens allow the destruction of the Constitution, its principles and guarantees, without violent upheaval. I firmly believe that at some point the patriots in this country will see that we must do the unthinkable.

Here are the definitions of some economic systems.
Capitalism is an economic system characterized by private or corporate ownership of capital goods by investments that are determined by private decisions and by prices, production and the distribution of goods that are determined mainly by competition in a free market.
Capitalism has been around for hundreds of years by the 1500s, it started to gain a lot of momentum.
Socialism is a theory or system of social organization that advocates the vesting of the ownership and control of the means of production and distribution of capital, land in the community as a whole. The procedure or practice in accordance with this theory. (In marxist theory) the stage following capitalism in the tradition of a society to communism characterized.
Socialism was articulated by Carl Marx and Friedrich Engels. Production is controlled by everyone.
Communism is a system in which goods are owned in common and are available to all as needed. A theory advocating elimination of private property.
Marx would not be a fan of the Soviet Union or China because he wanted a stateless society.
So really none of these economic systems are terrible in theory. But in real life it leads to a totalitarian society which is ran by greedy individuals who manipulate the economic system.
