A Shaker Heights attorney accused of illegally voting in the last two general elections should be acquitted, in part, because he cast ballots in two states by accident, his attorney argued to a judge.

Yeah I thought Fraud couldn’t happen with mail in votes. I guess we know it can now.

I don't care if Democrats or Republicans do it, it has to be stopped and they have to be prosecuted.

So, unlike you, I and most Trump supporters are fair, reasonable and open minded. We know fraud exists and we know that the shutting down of key states on election night and the massive jumps in Biden "votes" was statistically impossible in a clean election.

Caught, identified and prosecuted. But I thought the Deep State was covering this up?

Especially when you retroactively count ineligible ballots.... Especially when the harvesting laws are so vague, you can just do it indiscriminately

It doesn't just invite it, it was designed with the intent of doing so.

2. massive jumps happen.
they counted mail.
they finished a city.
you have nothing in this one. ag barr says so.
3. none of the shouted baloney about IMPOSSIBLE ever panned out to be impossible. propaganda for people scared of math.

No, it was designed with the intent of allowing people to vote when they cannot get to the polls. Such as military personnel.

Mail in voting is not inherently fraudulent. Washington State has used 100% mail in voting for almost a decade now, with no significant issues of fraud.

Washington started out small, with just a few counties using the system, and worked out all the kinks before going state wide.

The problem in 2020 was that states expanded their absentee voting without having the experience that Washington had. Not one SOS bothered to contact the Washington SOS for advice on expanding mail in voting.

The sudden expansion was bound to yield errors, although any fraud committed should still be provable.

And the real problem with the guy caught for fraud here is that he was registered in 2 counties. The State should have safe guards to prevent that.

Hard to argue with that.

When you have an un-auditable and non-transparent system that invites fraud and involves millions of people and lots of money and power,

the odds of fraud happening are 100%.

Reminds me of The Last Boy Scout.

“Yeah, Mike, it was an honest mistake. You were just walking along, minding your own business, then tripped and stuck your dick in my wife. ‘This just ain’t my week, Mrs H!’”

He wasnt the only one

* college students voting on capus, and at their home address
* married women voting in their married and maiden name
* trannies voting under their birth and trans names
* film crews voting at home, and same day registration from location sites

States dont coordinate in looking for this. In fact, DIM boosie is pissed because Jeff Landry wants inter-state communication about the killing/mutilation of babies
