You have not. In fact the inverse is true. Western society values both women and children to such an extent that society sees them both as something to be protected. The majority of western society feels this way. This is not even close to debateable.

Why would I continue with any comversation with bad faith actors.
How are you a bad faith actor?
A good faith actor would have never blindly claimed "you didn't even read it". You did that.
Seems this did not go exactly as you thought it would.
I could have gone through it line by line. I thought about doing it. I realized most of what you wrote has been debunked several times, by several different posters, including myself, in several different topic threads, in just the past few days alone. To do so again, would not only be wasting my time, but would fall on deaf ears anyway. You would still blame society, and more acurately men, for your ills. You would not take account of your own actions.
Face it. You are a bad actor. A troll. Sooner you realize this, the sooner we can move forward.

My experience in a traditionally male job is that the women earn the same but do less work. We had to do our job and help them do theirs.
Now to be fair the women that I worked with decades ago were not diversity hires and we good workers. Then in recent history wokeness came and women not suitable for shift work at a plant became a burden for everyone else.

Discarded: get rid of (someone or something) as no longer useful or desirable.
What do you mean? Has society murdered every woman and child? The fact that women or child is alive proves society values us?
