The GOP wil have an opportunity to pick up a few red state democrat seats in the midterms next year.

Missouri, Indiana, Montana and maybe Florida are possible targets.

If everything goes right, they could get their majority back to like 53 or maybe 54 seats in 2019.

The outstanding vote heavily favors Jones as best I can tell, that's why all the models and betting markets have him as a huge favorite.

He's going to end up winning by a pretty small margin (maybe 2%) but it's looking almost for sure he'll end up with the most votes by time it's all said and done.

The governor scandal + Roy Moore's baggage + the all allegations were just too much.
