What is the demographic breakup of Miss anyway? I have only spent time on business in Jackson so my expectations may be skewed

The chukar guy was glad that smith is winning becuz he don’t want the rest of the state to be run like Jackson. I asked how does a us senate seat effect how locally elected politicians run a state. US senators pass law that affect the country, not the state.
