Story on the local news this morning about the new law with reaction from the local clinic. The clinic rep said they are getting calls from patients who are concerned about the law and how it’s another example of men exerting their control over women’s bodies and not allowing them to have control blah blah blah.

Question for any true pro-abortion people, not just people who are ok with it or indifferent, but what are they referring to as an abortion clinic patient? Would this be a recurring patient or someone who had one before who may want one again? Or is it just someone who would waited beyond 15 weeks knowing the law was changing but didn’t go ahead and get one?

Assuming that the clinic rep isn't outright lying, and that "calls" (plural) isn't an euphamism for "two", it's a very simple matter for democratic operatives to call the clinic to astroturf concern over the new law.

15 weeks. Three months. Plenty of time to make a decision about what you are going to do.

But maybe it's just better to come to an understanding with Planned Parenthood. We double their taxpayer funding with they understanding that they only open their clinics in majority black neighborhoods so we can fulfill Ms. Sanger's original vision for the organization. (sarcasm).

I do find it funny that man does not have a say in the death of his child. Then doesn’t get a say in how much he has to pay her if she chooses to keep it.

As a lawyer, men get screwed over more than women in our justice system. Look up Dual Paternity. A woman can get 2 child support checks for two different men and legally bind the non-father of the child.

If the left would just think of it as a 'sanctuary womb' state, they wouldn't be so upset.

Seriously, how many people do you honestly believe are out there that are "true pro-abortion people, not just people who are ok with it or indifferent"?

Most people are pro choice. They don't think the government should dictate our choices about "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness". It's not just abortion that I feel that way about. It's most everything else too.

Hell, I guess that makes me more conservative than most people on this board.

Who is truly the patient? The would-be mom or the could-be infant?

Must refer to a male abortionist ripping a female unborn child limb from limb without anesthesia.

It should. It is likely unconstitutional.

Seems like there are quite a few based on what you see in the media. Then again maybe that’s how they generate their income in some form or fashion so could be why they are so passionate about it.

I personally still find it odd that someone can be accused of murdering an unborn child in certain circumstances yet abortion is considered legal when it’s the mother’s choice to do so. Seems like we are defining and valuing the life in terms of whether or not someone wants the child. Ironic that I could take my dog out in the pasture if I get tired of her and put a bullet in its head and be arrested for animal cruelty yet killing a child is potentially ok, depending on whether or not the mother wants that child.

Do democrats know they lose a future voter in 70% Of abortions if you go by statistics? I guess open borders is the solution. Best of both worlds for delusional idiots.

Planned Parenthood sounds like they've sent out the call-to-arms and are having folks bombard these clinics with their "concerns."
