Democrats want those seats to be empty. So that 90% of our msm can zoom in on that section every few seconds.. and imply that the building was basically empty.
Those seats should definitely go to veterans or minority leaders, opposed to just staying empty for partisan propaganda.

Problem is you could count them on one hand. The 'religious' black community is a joke. They claim they're all into the Bible yet they vote 97% for lefties who want to abolish it. Enter a guy like BHO and they'll abandon all so called religious beliefs for a guy who is the antithesis of Christianity b/c he's half black.
