while cleaning out old files a couple weeks ago, I found my mandatory carry draft cards. that's right there were 2. the first a registration card, then your classification card. Penalty for not having both with you was 5000 dollars fine and 5 years in jail. I failed the draft physical twice and got rated 4F because of a chronic urinary track infection requiring continued prescription meds. I did ace the mental portion of the exam for favorable placement if I did get inducted. Trick question was a picture of a military truck carburetor

If a tranny is allowed to join, they must:
1. Pass physicals designated for their biological sex.
2. Wear the uniform correlating to their biological sex.
3. Be subject to the UCMJ just as others are.
Additionally, sex changes and surgeries associated with altering their physical appearance are forbidden.
With those parameter's, they will pretty much all be put out.
Hell, most of them joined previously so that the taxpayer would have to pay for fake tits, or to have their junk cut off.
Remove those incentives, and the issue pretty much dissipates.
Hopefully the USSC supports Hegseth.
If not, the vast majority will process themselves out imho.

The services have enough issues with lazy, fat, and entitled kids being able to adapt to military service. We don’t need lazy, fat, entitled kids with mental health issues (and immediate deployability issues) on top of it all.
We need men to fight wars, plain and simple. Women can help. Trannies can get the help they need while the responsible adults deal with real world problems.

I wouldnt let them in. If the court forces it, I would make them sign a waiver that they will not seek to transition while enlisted. That would stop them from joining in the first place.

It was a thing for a while for enlistees to attempt to be diagnosed with gender dysphoria with the hopes of having their transition paid for. If approved, they received paid leave, covered travel expenses, and occupational therapy to teach them how to use their fake genitalia.

They bring too much baggage with them that gets in the way of an efficient fighting force. They cannot be deployed to be inserted into wartime activity due to the medical issues. And quite frankly, how can they adhere to the military honor code, when they're living a lie? That, in itself, shoud be a disqualifier.
