But I thought those western peoples really got all their ideas and culture from those ‘colonized’ folks who hadn’t even invented written history or the wheel but that owned the Earth because magical reasons.

As only one example, Ken Burns told me the Ben Franklin stole the idea for our Constitution from Iroquois Forrest dwellers…

No it isn’t. In many ways, Christianity is antithetical to platonism.

Schwab is playing possum. Don't buy it.

There IS some pushback in the EU but a lot more is needed (no, we won't be getting it from the US governance or American pod-people.)

All Schwab's NWO overlords need to do is control is WORLD CURRENCY. That's one bif reason the construction AI Digital Data Centers has been prioritized and accelerated.

For population enforcement, the DS already controls and directs all US police depts, the MIC, NATO, Dark Op-Inc etc.

Didn't Argentina enter a currency swap agreement with the U.S. to stabilize its economy? That's government intervention.

Yes. Just ignore all the deregulation, massive cuts to government spending, slashing the bureaucracy, and tax cuts, though.

Unfortunately, political realities still exist. He has to deal w those in order to stay in power and grow his party so they can continue to deregulate and cut spending.

Before Milei even won his first election, it was always known Argentina was going to need another IMF loan and they were going to have to dollarize.

The currency swap was part of the dollarization process.

A few days ago some Democratic Socialist on this forum ask me to define Western Civilization, it's Interesting, because what Milei said is pretty much what I said along with telling the resident Democratic Socialist that the US is the last bastion of Western Civilization and we're not fighting hard enough to preserve it.

Return to Greek philosophy

quote:

go back to Christian values

Greek philosophy greatly influenced Christian values and beliefs held today. The concept of the soul that can be separated from the body - Platonism. The concept of the dead going to heaven - Platonism.

Think about the ending of the Nicene Creed - judgement of the living and the dead and future resurrection of the dead. Think about in 1 Thessalonians when Jesus comes down with his holy trumpet… the dead in Christ do what? They rise. They aren’t in heaven now, but in Sheol, and they will rise when Jesus comes (not returns) supposedly.

“Maw Maw died and she’s in heaven with Jesus now” is a Greek philosophical idea that has overwritten Jewish and Christian scriptural concepts in the modern Christian religions.

This is true. Jesus likely was schooled in Greek philosophy during the twenty year gap in his life not discussed in the Gospels. There are a lot of Greek concepts in his teachings, as well as a lot of Greek concepts that make their way into the faith via Paul and the future Roman church.
