whats funny is if a lily white lady got famous for a chicken and waffle food truck or something black people would scream "cultural appropriation". but if you lift it up as "cultural appreciation" its fricking racist.

On one hand, the fact that Aramark is incompetent is no surprise.
On the other hand this is especially funny since Aramark is completely and totally eaten up with DEI.
DEI goals are FAR more important at Aramark then possessing any sort of competenece.

Actually I saw a chart that put watermelon at the top of the healthy chart. It has very few calories, low salt (unless you add it) and some vitamins and minerals.
The bottom of the chart was not waffles nor chicken. It was pizza. I gave up pizza 30 years ago when I saw the stats on it.

I don't see what the problem is. That looks pretty good. We wouldn't hesitate to eat that for lunch. But no, sorry chirren, no delicious food for you.
