A) blue states are run by people less capable than third world nations of managing elections in a timely and transparent manner

That’s crap.
These people prey on the low-IQ types that believe these ballots are all brought to some central place, dampening a pile, and manually counted.
In my precinct, we are wrapped up and out of the building in about an hour. Results sent up the line even before then.
