Agreed. Too many people here believe the GOP can do no wrong. The shoe is too big for some of these guys to fill. Lets replace them and move on with it. MAGA cannot be stopped unless its our own doing. Letting people stupid enough to invite the fricking editor of the Atlantic into a pre-offensive chat with the VP, Sec St, Sec Def, DNI, CIA etc is just full retard level. They need to go.

With as much trouble as it took to get the first round approved, the 2nd will have to be a GOPe compromise. If Trump has to remove Waltz, the typical Republicans who voted with Trump right after the election will sense weakness and be emboldened to thrust their guy on Trump.
Maybe Trump can do a temporary appointment, but I wouldn't trust the senate to approve anyone we'd like at this point.

Mike Waltz is a moron and uses his "I am a Green Beret" for personal gain as much as Dan Crenshaw uses his "I am a Navy Seal" to gain clout. Waltz has pissed off most of the SF Regiment and has proven to be a loser in Congress and in the Administration. I truly do not understand why it was considered a good idea to have him in the inner circle with the President.
