I wonder how many of the guns left behind in AFG or sold to Ukraine have found their way to Mexico.

It’s almost like she works directly for the Cartels.

Is this how we finally get that whole government gun running thing unpeeled?

What was that called again? When the ATF was "leaking" guns to mexico?

Exactly. We will gladly hand over Barack Obama and Eric Holder for trial wherever they want.

Definitely sounds like the Mexican government is "protecting" the Cartels. Now why would they do that??

Same reasoning can be applied to Democrats being opposed to uncovering where US Tax Payer money has gone and other such corruption.

That lady sucks. All I needed to know about her was when she wanted the king of Spain to apologize for “colonizing” Mexico over 400 years ago to see how much of a clown she was. She is absolutely in bed with the cartels.

Shut your whore mouth. Your pos country has killed more Americans than all wars combined. We will do as we please to eradicate the cartels, and we may just re-name you as Southern Arizona when we’re done.

Could be an agreement to look tough so the cartels don't kill her.

Not saying that you're wrong.
But she's also playing to US Democrats who have also tried to sue gun makers to try to bankrupt them.
Mexico president already has a 10 billion lawsuit in the system that is going to end up being ruled on by SCOTUS. That suit is on their docket, I just don't know when they're gonna rule on it.

This’ll be unpopular I’m sure, but I’ve been saying it for years: we need to invade Mexico.

The cartels are receiving foreign aid and that’s foreign interference into a country in the Americas. That’s Monroe Doctrine. Set the goal as destroying the cartels and any influence they have on Mexican independence and call it a day.

We should've annexed it all the way down to Panama back when we had the chance.

The Guardian quoted Sheinbaum saying, “If they declare these criminal groups as terrorists, then we’ll have to expand our US lawsuit.” Part of the lawsuit expansion “could include alleged complicity of gunmakers with terror groups.”

It’s a confusing statement. Is she suggesting that the current lawsuit is that US gun makers are colluding with the cartels to arm them? And that if the cartels are classified as terrorists, then the claim will be that US gun makers are colluding with terrorists?

If the gun makers are knowingly arming the cartels, then maybe she is pushing in the right direction. We also want to disarm the cartels, don’t we?

Pretty sad that this is what MX thinks is a threat, and all they got. Obviously in their courts she'll win, but wtf is she going to do about it??

Haga, her suit isn't in the MX court system. It's in ours.
She has an existing suit for 10 billion, listed for the same reason that she gave in the above article, used by cartels, and violent ends.
SCOTUS has it on their docket. No way she gonna win. Can't sue gun manufacturers for reasons like this, they have immunity. The sum is outrageously egregious, and she's from a foreign nation.
She gonna get stomped on by Clarence Thomas.

Edit- However, the terrorist avenue, would have standing. As providing aid to terrorists is federal law violation. It would play into her hands for the suit.
But, she'd have to prove it.

Most believe that the Supreme Court will reverse the Court of Appeal and dismiss the Lawsuit. Oral argues are set for March 4,2025.

I wasn't sure when that case was coming up for judgement. Much appreciated Andy!

Why is she protecting the cartels?

Let the Mexican courts rule against US gun companies. We will laugh at them trying to enforce any of it

So the mexican government is protecting the cartels , and we should give two fricks what they do.
Mexicans come to America and work hard, but have not idea how to live in America. They drive ( very poorly) old shity cars w/ no ins. It is amazing how they function in our country it's like a high functioning adult w/special needs.

is this where we turn around and sue Mexico for all the illegals raising our insurance due to not being insured and people having to pay out of pocket or live with injuries they would have otherwise have had handled? I am not for foreign wars, but keep barking down that road and I'll change my mind.

Also, I can't imagine it will end well if Mexico is seen endorsing a terrorist group.

It’s about time we make Mexico pay for the Alamo.

Kill every single member of the cartels and any politician that received a dime from them.

Tucker Carlson has made a statement about a large number of US arms to Ukraine, ending up in the hands of the Cartels. Including but not limited, to Javelin missiles.
The left was super fast to debunk the statement.
