I love to see it. The only way that country gets fixed is if the people do it themselves. But it's gonna take a whole lot of blood and bravery to get it done.

I’m not sure there are any fixable Latin American countries outside of Costa Rica and maybe Peru. The rest are stuck in their cycle.
