First off, in the USA, we are constantly monitored via cameras, so that point is moot.
Mind you many things suck about the UK, like gun ownership/knives.
But...
In the UK you can:
- have an open container in the car
- have an open container in the street
- buy booze at 18
- buy cigarettes at 18 (now 21 in many states)
- legally jaywalk
- camping anywhere on a beach
- not fearing a cop is gonna murder you (I'm white and still scared of saying something wrong and ticking off a cop)(that's not a free society)
- having toys inside candies (banned in USA)

Agree completely, but we gotta know it’s on at that point. It’s just a little disgusting to think how many there are out there, who have no excuse to not know better. How the hell do you deal with Constitutionally protected rights pretty much all your life, and not recognize things like background checks and red flag laws as blatantly unconstitutional?
When this shite lights off, and I firmly believe it will, there are going to be many more LE to deal with than I ever thought there would be.
