So you would rather be able to smoke and drink as a teenager than carry a pocket knife or gun as an adult?

You never need a knife for anything? Just the 3 years you get to drink before Americans do?

You never hunt? Just the 3 years you get to smoke before Americans do?

Also you can't drive in the UK until you're 17 and most of Europe is 18 just like Canada. And the UK is going to 18.

I'd rather forgo a couple of years of drinking and smoking as a teenager than not being able to drive, own a knife or a firearm later in life.

Now really make him shite his pants and show him your nice collection of firearms.

If he follows that up with a trip to the gun range with the young man, he will be looking for the nearest border patrol station where he can claim sanctuary status.

They send police to your house if you tweet anything negative about Islam or trannies.

They have a department that has to approve all advertisements making sure they don't portray any "negative" stereotypes about women or minorities.

The thought police are 100% a reality in the UK and throughout most of Europe.

Met an Employee from the UK Today

When I was in college, a good friend had relatives come over an visit from England. They had two teenagers in tow, so they hung out with us. Other than their harsh cockney accents, the thing that struck me the most was their awe in how everyone had their own car and all the drive thru places (fast food, cleaners, etc). They were pretty much incredulous at the fact that 18 y/o had a car all to themselves. Said in England, a FAMILY had a car, if one at all. We take things like that for granted here. We truly live in the greatest Nation this Earth has ever produced.

We came up with an extensive list of things he couldn't do, but not one that we couldn't.

Off the top of my head, Brits can legally drink at 18, but we can’t. Also I’m pretty sure that prostitution is legal in the UK but obviously not here.

That doesn’t make your post wrong though. There’s a reason we told these people to GTFO in 1776.

Some of the smartest men ever assembled.
I thank God every day I was born in America. It's humbling to think about all the blood sweat & tears of those that came before so I could be free...wow.
And if the lib/prog filth on this board think this is nativist & jingoistic...screw you.

You can have political beliefs that the elite disagree with and not lose your job in the UK.

He’s going to Hoover Tactical before he leaves. Local gun range where you can rent a weapon and pay for the ammo you shoot. And YES, you can rent full auto.

The knife thing kinda freaked the kid out a bit. He was shocked and amazed that we could and where carrying knives around. He said they’d be arrested for that in England.

Again, the list of shite they couldn’t do or say without getting arrested was insane and too extensive to list here. I knew it was bad there, but had no idea it was that bad.

I work in the Oil & Gas industry. We get people from the UK and Norway coming over all the time.

They are always amazed at 3 things.

-Being able to buy a gun at a pawn shop
-How much drinking and driving we all do because there is crappy public transportation

But the BIGGEST thing they are all amazed about are:

TRUCK NUTS

Worked for a British company a little over a year ago. One of the supers was a Scottish guy. Even the Brits complained because you couldn't understand a word the guy said, especially over radios.
