Well, if they broke the rules and have spent the last 1.5 years trying to find a boogieman based on lies and corruption, then yeah, he's going down.

Thats how rules work. Thats how Justice works.

Youre just ignoring the huge elephant in the room to focus on your delusion.

No not really.

If Trump would let Mueller just do his job...and Trump is guilty of nothing...Mueller, the republican, would clear Trump.

Instead Donald has to push back.

Like I said...there are about to be some fun consequences Donald wasn't counting on.

Will be fun.

Meanwhile, I'm off to go spend my Tax cut.

This was and still is a clear attempt to out a sitting president with lying and cheating and manipulating public trust and opinion, as well as, total abuse of the legal system they are entrusted to protect.

It was taking place before the election. They were trying to kill Trump's campaign first and turned into ousting him as president.

Good god people. Get some perspective.

Anyone connected to this shite, no matter their party affiliation, should hang.

So to me, if poor and highly questionable information can so easily pass through the process, then that's a major problem regardless of who obtained it.

When the kooks have been telling you the entire system is corrupt and conspiring against the people of the USA and you ignored them.....maybe you should step back and consider there might be things going on you just didnt want to accept.

Comey was a "Republican" - too. And a Democrat. And an Independent. And a Libertarian - whatever it took.

This is correct and I am sure that once it was clear who would win the primaries it went into full effect. I suppose we can put the timeline together for this using dates of articles and the issuing of the warrant.

After reading the memo... so all the FBI and DOJ talk of exposing methods of intelligence - the secret is out - they use fricking yahoo and a political party.

Those methods needs sunlight - fricking yahoo.

So, as per reporting from 3 days ago, the memo (written by Devon Nunes I'll remind you) says the FISA warrant for Carter Page based on the Steele Dossier is not legit....but it doesn't say anything about other evidence that would support the warrant....which is exactly what the FBI has pointed out.

Again. Enjoy the next few hours. I've bookmarked this thread. It's going to be special

Sounds like a lot of heads at Justice will roll.

Not only was this shite originally obtained without verifying the documentation, they kept renewing surveillance even after Gates was terminated as a source. And that termination was within 30 days of the initial application to the FISA court.

So there are MULTIPLE violations by the top echelon of Justice with the FISA court.

This is a pretty big development that details corruption and abuse at both the Obama DOJ and the FBI.

It could spark some anti-government crazies like we saw in the early 1990s.

I'm not sure I see anything in there that we didn't already know. What's new about it? It wasn't earth shattering when we originally knew it, why is it now?

The message here is clear. If we do not want you to be president we will do what ever it takes legal or other wise to take you down. We got the message, right from the messengers.
Then dossier or not, the problem is in the system and the process.

I guess I just see this as a much more pervasive problem, that plays out in all levels, and I think the partisan aspects of that will lose sight of that focus. Again, this is why Rand, Amash, and others were arguing against some of these processes, but then Rs and Ds accept it and then get outraged only when it's politically convenient then ignore it the rest of the time.

Why not include quotes from the testimony, though? Any kind of context

This is the biggest accusation in the memo

This is why people will be skeptical
