They can get rid of him on the grounds that he has demonstrated an intolerance for white people and conservatives. He probably has something in the contract about actions or posts detrimental to Oshners image and standing. On a side note, why does this chick give off hostage vibes in this video?

They have no choice. If a white child were to somehow die under his care, the ramifications would be dire. This probably won't be up to Oschner anyway. They have partners they have to answer to as well.
