Dont go down that rabbit hole fellas. He is saying he is going to do something for blacks, watch those midnight votes show up in Richmond, some of Tidewater, and parts of NV.....and then the msm says three days after the election.....his last ditch efforts to appeal to black parents swayed the votes at the last minute...

My sister failed spelling test after spelling test in the 3rd grade. My mom collected all the tests, as they all had correctly spelled words on them. She requested a meeting with the principal and teacher. The teacher defended the failures because My sis wrote "ax" when the teacher said the word "ask". Each test was littered with words that were a bit off.
This was mempho...mid 80s.

The only thing new about his plan is the race criteria.
Many states, such as Georgia’s Teach Grant, already have programs in place that do this. In Georgia, you can get up to ~$4000/semester if you decide to go into a high-need field in a low income area for 4 years and it will be forgiven.
