Yes forgot lemon juice. We’ve always used olive oil without issue.

If you're hand-whisking definitely no issue, but you have to be careful using a blender or it will get bitter.

Trust me on this.

Ah ok. Ya you're probably perfectly fine then. A kitchenaid doesn't get the speed, therefore heat, a blender or food processor does (which is the issue). That's basically like a really strong hand whisk.

I'm not allowed to touch the wife's KitchenAid though.

Pretty amazing what you can do with one of those and ditch store bought. If you married right…

That’s weird. I mean, it’s ok. I’m not going to scrape it off a sandwich or burger if I’m offered but it’s just not a go-to condiment. It’s best on flame cooked burgers though.

Not only is it Hellman’s, according to the Yuka app, it is also in Duke’s and Blue Plate.

It’s an antioxidant (slows down oxidation of food, helping to preserve both flavor and color).

It has potential associated risks of adverse effects on the blood and poor mineral absorption.

As much as I didn't want to believe it, it is awesome instead of butter on grilled cheese and the like.
