It is literally the .gov site of the budget committee for the United States of America. The source of all records for government spending. There is literally absolutely nothing you can post that can negate those factual government records.

Trump threatened Mexico with Tariffs, and Mexico put soldiers on the Fence to stop illegal immigration. And it did. That IS "paying for a wall". But you know that. So, it really doesn't matter when it comes to facts. We'll go the 'other route' toward societal rule.

You must be a liberal then if you don't understand how a tariff works.
US Business pay an import tax for the goods (The tariff) and then they almost always pass that on to the US Consumers. The intent is to make the goods more expensive in the US so that US businesses can compete in our local market. If the price doesn't go up (e.g. Mexico producer eats the cost) then the tariff is considered ineffective and is generally increased to a level where it becomes effective, so generally speaking, most producers don't pay shite unless they have a significant market share they want to protect.
Mexico wasn't paying for shite.
