Facebook/Meta acts like they were somehow better in how they handled it because they “didn’t remove discussion about it, we just made it a lower priority on users’ news feeds.” As if that is truly any better. Facebook prevented people from seeing the story. Facebook wouldn’t have done the same if roles were reversed.
