At the time the story ran, the FBI had been in possession of Hunter's laptop for over a year. They knew it wasn't Russian disinformation, and yet they represented it as such to Facebook.

Based on FBI timed notice to them which I would ponder had more details about Russian misinformation than Zuck alluded.
Laptop was labeled misinformation when it clearly wasn’t in part based on FBI.
