They can be either conservatives that don't want to date progressives or vice versa. Just because they didn't vote in 2024 doesn't mean they don't have strong political beliefs. Lots of people don't vote in nonswing states because they don't think their votes count.
Edit: Voter turn out is a lot higher in swing states vs spectator states. Source. Anyone who has lived around people for any amount of time would understand this extremely common human outlook.

90 million people.... 35% didn't even bother to register to vote.
Even high-turnout states have a lot of people that just don't want to register.
These people are not partisans.
I think that escapes you, you've had to build this world where you think you are forced to import women.

Sir you are mistaken. Men are indeed marring outside the country.
10-12% of American men marry a foreign-born woman, and the U.S. male population is ~160 million (for adult men roughly), that could mean on the order of 16-20 million men eventually marry a foreign-born wife.

Uhhh I actually posted the map with swing state turnout which still has turnout capping a little over 75%.
Mainly in states like Colorado that auto register you and auto send you a mail in ballot
