I found out, when some old d-bag ran his mouth at the dog track, while betting the horses, and i told him i'd knock his senile arse out. Track baws told me about the law, and said once he claims you started it, they will push the charge.

With the ag assault on elderly I think it doubles the time for each charge. Easier to prosecute imo.

Punishment for Aggravated Assault on an Elderly Person
The crime is classified as a second-degree felony which is punishable up to 15 years with a $10,000 fine. There is a mandatory 3 year prison term. The judge will order that restitution will be paid and the defendant must do 500 hours of community service.
With the ag assault on elderly I think it doubles the time for each charge. Easier to prosecute imo.
