Needs to apply to:

Managers/Supervisors as well as officers and board members of companies.

If it's knowing, seize and liquidate the business.

A company hires an illegal…who goes to jail? The owner? The CEO? The HR manager? The supervisor? The manager?

Your statement is idiotic.

The govt is issuing illegals documentation to eliminate this. They are processing these illegals into the US. That is the nuts and bolts of this border 'legislation' is for. To handle them not stop them.

Yes.

Pass the law and give companies 30 days for compliance/amnesty before investigations start.

They'll be running through the razor wire to get back across the border.

The chief executive should be the one in jail, including if a contractor they hire employs illegals

There are over 100 non profit agencies dedicated to giving free legal advice to illegal aliens on how to apply for welfare programs.
They'll do fine without a job.

That needs to come to an end. Not that it ever will. Technically, aiding & abetting IS illegal.

They want the brown people to work low wage jobs.

This would never pass.

This is stupid. If I were to hire a contractor off of Google and he turns out to be illegal, who's at fault? How are we supposed to verify if the proprietor of your nearest dry cleaners or mechanic is legal before contracting his services?

Some of you don't think out your ideas very well. There are faster and more efficient ways to disrupt illegal immigration. This will just land innocent people in jail.

I would be okay with this as long as the burden of proof is pretty substantial. In addition the anchor baby rule needs to go. The long game is even if the parents aren’t allowed to vote jr. will be able to in 18 years.

Yeah. Throw Americans in jail because they won’t enforce the immigration laws the Feds are supposed to.

Hell, the Feds just sued Texas for trying to do that.
