You can't hire a company and then demand to see the hiring and employment records of every person that works for them. That would be an impossible task for businesses to take on.

No, they can’t. This country is actively being built, brick by brick, by illegal Hispanic labor. The only exception may be exclusive union project in the Midwest and others with iron grip unions, even then Ford in TN has a sweetheart deal and gets illegals in to work.
The actual problem is “real” americans (whites) don’t know how to do manual labor anymore. Probably never will again.
Why do you think that needs to be fixed? Empires are sustained off the back of large cheap labor pulls. Americans aren’t cheap anymore. We continue the status quo or we crumble.

Higher wages increase costs. That’s just inflation.
Not even to mention that illegals are, as a rule, harder working and more knowledgeable than American workers (because they’ve actually been doing the work for the past 2-3 decades)

There are whole industries where almost the entire workforce has become Mexicanized. The change over to Mexican labor didn't happen overnight and to try and clean it up as the op suggests would wreck a lot of small businesses unless all welfare is stopped as a precursor.
