Charges have been dismissed against 58 of 97 people arrested during the unrest last year that lasted for more than 100 days between May and October
A further 32 cases are still pending but 'will also likely be dismissed'
Several hundred others who were facing charges brought by the district attorney also had them dropped

Too bad it wasn't an insurrection. They will track you down like a dog.

Jan 6 was a terrorist event.
Portland was the summer of peace

They’re the foot soldiers of the democrats/deep-state.

Glad to see they are setting the precedent that attacks on federal property during political protests is not to be prosecuted.
I suspect this will be brought up by the attorneys for the 1/6/21 political prisoners.

You think precedents and facts and logic and intelligence matters?

so 41 fricking people got charged in over 100 days of riots?
Holy crap.

They're too busy tracking down people who got in a shoving match with a door and took selfies in Pelosi's office during the literal coup.

That’s just federal. Local jurisdictions would arrest them and the DA would let them out the next morning. I was there on the 100th straight night of riots and I read a report that 50 something were arrested that night and only like 3 had charges pressed. The rest were let go the next morning with no charges.

Like Christopher Trust Wray said, they did things at night, so it's okay. The Jan 6th bad people did things in broad daylight so they must all go to prison now!
Then they got called out by the FISA court again
Then they empowered the USPS to spy now
And now they are hiring side contractors... To monitor that fake arse bare chested asswipe and all the militia groups the FBI formed with confidential informants.

The most shocking number is that only 97 people were arrested in Portland last year, despite everything they did.

Again that was federal only. There was a very limited amount of time that they allowed the feds to arrest people.

Dumb.
The US attorney will be completely shocked when all those wing nuts go out and "protest" more violently the next time.

There were more days of riots than there were people arrested for them. That's amazing

Meanwhile, innocent people that had the misfortune to walk inside an open capital building and take a few selfies are STILL being held without bond and charged as terrorist.

So case closed so they can do it again and Biden bails them out again in the billions nation wide?
