Take white Americans from America

Replace the two. Leave the infrastructure as is.

It was an out of context clip from 3 years ago. The anchor asked her what her mother back home says about her becoming mayor. She was quoting what her mother who still lives in Somalia says about how the democracy we have in the United States can help her (the mother's) country become better.

They clipped 22 seconds of a 5 minute interview to make it sound like her goal was to help Somalia, when in actuality her mother was just proud of her daughter and wished that Somalia could be more like the United States.
