That said, what is it doing to some of our other enemies? They're also weaker due to all this. Did it weaken them more or less than it's weakened us?
It's possible that we are weaker in absolute terms, but stronger in relative terms.
I don't claim to be smart enough to know the answer like some. I don't have all the information to form a strong opinion one way or the other like some.
